Hi Lollie13 fans! We are back and it has been a busy August for us. We have had shoot left and right and have some great content for you. We have started a cultural awareness project which the trailer will be out sometime in October. So stay tuned for that. Now let's get to the meat of things. We started a Alice in Wonderland project. The idea for this project was more ethereal/dark fantasy type style. The inspiration I got from this was from a numerous movies. The movies were Snow White and the Huntsman with Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron, with a Alice in Wonderland through the looking glass feel directed by Jame Bobin. I wanted this concept to try to get a glimpse of the queen. kind of like a paparazzi feel to it. So you would see lots of flares, over exposed pictures, rainbows that seems to pop into the lens. I wanted to give that paparazzi feel.
How it all started was that I was thinking and planning on the concept and then a young lady Tori Shultz messaged me and told me that she liked my work and hoped that we could collaborate together. I told her it was so funny I was about to put a model call for this project I had in mind. So we got together and I told her my idea and showed her the costume of what I was going for. We set a date for the shoot and hoped that it wouldn't rain. We started the shoot at 9:00am in the morning. Tori was amazing with posing. I didn't really have to direct her to much. I gave her what the queen was really based of of and how I wanted the queen to look like more intense, obsessed, spoiled like, a smirk ..etc. When we finished up and I began editing right away because I was really excited of what I was seeing through my lens. I had changed the style concept about a couple times so I could get the right look and I wanted that semi-pale look, but really bring out the red in all the images. I got really excited how these pictures came out. So go check out our gallery of The Queen of Hearts! She is looking for her tarts! She you next time at the Mad Hatters Tea Party
